Who are we?

Our drive is drawn from an understanding of educational leadership's pivotal role. In an era where both formal and informal educational entities grapple with escalating challenges, and the emphasis on designing educational solutions is increasingly tied to Western theories —aligning educational practices with labor market demands and sustainable development goals (SDGs) — we identified an urgent need.

This necessity is to evolve educational leadership practices in a manner that respects the individuality of each institution and the character of its community, using data and insights as catalysts for educational transformation. Every educator may promote educational practices from where they stand by developing their value system and cultivating their perceptive and conscious leadership ability.
